What will my role entail and what will be the key responsibilities?
The efficient management of inbound customer account queriesGood written and verbal communication skills including complaint handlingGood time management skills/ability to multitaskPrioritise accordingly to work within department SLA's
What core skills and knowledge do you look for?
• To act with integrity at all times and embrace the philosophy of treating our customers fairly (compulsory)• Regulatory Knowledge as applicable to role (compulsory)• Coaching & Assessment (compulsory for Managers and Supervisors)
• Do you have in-depth understanding of lease and asset finance? • Do you have AML/KYC experience? • Do you have knowledge of the Consumer Credit Act and other regulatory requirements?
