Team description	The Corporate Banking Operating Model Workstream is designing and setting up a Service and Operations capability, which will enable high quality delivery to Corporate Banking Clients. We are seeking an Operations Associate with: · Ops Experience in Accounts Maintenance · 2-5 years experience in an International Bank, in Operations · Work Experience in an offshore GCC would be a positive
Purpose of the Role	To ensure successful delivery of the Target Operating Model by : · Deliver high quality and productivity in Account Maintenance Operations
Description of role and key responsibilities	· Deliver high quality and productivity in Account Maintenance Operations · Strive for continuous improvement in Productivity and Quality · Develop, Upskill and Improve Domain Expertise · Be a team player. Collaborate with the team · Build strong relationships with stakeholders · Have a Risk mindset.
Core skills and knowledge	· Experience in Operations for Accounts Maintenance · Knowledge of the end-to-end processes for Account Maintenance. · Basic understanding of UK Banking regulations. · Good inter-personal and communication skills, both written and verbal. · 2-5 years experience in an International Bank, in Operations
Any other attributes that would be helpful, but not essential for the role.	· Work Experience in an offshore GCC would be a positive
