Analytics Manager (3614)

What you'll do

  • Using commercial awareness and data analysis to provide the business with insight to make informed decisions
  • Aid with ongoing maintenance and development of the AFG models framework including Acceptance and Behaviour Models, LGD, EAD, Crest and IFRS9
  • Analyse IFRS9 output to key stakeholders
  • Participate in the design and development of analytical models and statistical solutions with the aim is better manage the operational efficiency and profitability of the Asset Finance Group
  • Support reporting requirements both internally and externally
  • Build on the teams capabilities within areas such as Machine Learning, AI etc
  • Regular presenter at team technical and portfolio review meetings
  • Develop a good understanding of the business operation to aid further development in terms of efficiencies and automation

About you

  • Experience using analysis packages such as R and/or Python, SQL Server
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Logical and organised, with a keen eye for detail
  • Aptitude for conveying complex ideas to a lay audience
  • Enthusiastic about learning new skills and supporting business insight using data and analysis
