This is an exciting opportunity to help support our employees in all things relating to benefits and pensions. You'll be able to bring in an analytic mindset to ensure that we are providing benefits and pension schemes that add real value, both from an employee experience and commercial aspect.
We are looking for someone to take ownership of the current processes, and look for opportunities to improve, streamline and enhance what we have, as well as have an eye to the future for new benefits and savings. You'll need a keen focus on communications, making it as easy to possible for employees to understand what we offer, and ensuring they can easily find what they need.
The coordination of Investec's various benefits plans and projects will form a central part of the role, including collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders
