Team description
The Client Services Team provides operational support for internal and external stakeholders relating to The Bank's Corporate clients.
Description of role and key responsibilities
As part of Treasury & Trading Operations, the Client Service team is responsible for delivering an exemplary level of service to our clients. The team are the primary point of contact for all post-transactional matters and client enquiries.
Relationship Management:
• Our differentiator in the market is our service. Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients is paramount
• Facilitate system demos to assist Clients to self-serve via our online Platform
• Work closely with the Front Office Desks and other enablement functions to achieve a high level of Client interaction and service delivery
• Working with the Settlements Team to manage any payment issues and queries
Process Management:
• Ensure that systems are up to date and that leadership have access to up-to-date reports and MI
• To support any reporting required for governance meetings
• To accurately minute team meetings where required and assist with any follow up actions
• Management client Audit report requests
• Liaise with clients for any non-receipt of funds / un-signed confirmations
Business Support:
• Answering and dealing with incoming phone calls/emails
• Being highly responsive to inbound client requests, and proactive in providing an exemplary client service experience, solving any problems
Risk and Compliance Management:
• To always act with integrity in keeping with TCF philosophy and comply with the Code of Business Ethics
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional client experience
• Ensuring strong awareness of Operational Risk within the team and adherence to Operational Risk Reporting requirements
