We're looking for a Client Services Specialist to join our team—a role that sits at the intersection of client experience, operational excellence, and regulatory integrity. If you're ready to bring your expertise to a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What will your day look like?
You'll be leading the client onboarding journey—from initial due diligence to account opening and beyond. Whether it's managing multi-currency portfolios, advising colleagues on Swiss banking requirements, or ensuring data accuracy across our systems, your work will be essential to building trust and delivering a seamless client experience.
You'll also play a key role in handling client tax documentation (FATCA, CRS, QI), supporting regulatory communications, and processing a variety of client transactions. Are you someone who enjoys variety in your work and thrives in a role where no two days are quite the same?
Core Skills & Knowledge
We're looking for someone who brings a blend of technical expertise and personal qualities that support a high-performing, client-focused environment:
Technical
- Solid experience in private banking, especially in client onboarding and account management for individual, corporate, and trust clients
- Strong understanding of Swiss and international financial regulations
- Proven knowledge of FATCA, CRS/AEOI, QI, and CDB 20 requirements
- Familiarity with AML regulations and related compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems (CRM, onboarding, archiving)
- Interest in systems testing and process improvement
Personal
- Meticulous attention to detail and a structured, organised approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a diplomatic and collaborative mindset
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to change
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus. Other languages are welcome
