Description of role and key responsibilities:
Day to day management of late paying customers by telephone and written communication.
• Making and taking calls to and from customers to establish reasons for non-payment.
• Offering payment solutions to customers in order to restore non-paying customers to good book.
• Negotiate agreeable repayment terms in accordance with FCA principals of TCF.
• Quickly identify vulnerable individuals and escalate these cases with our special support team.
• Quickly identifying cases that require escalation to our Insolvencies team where appropriate knowledge is required.

• Experience of and or familiar with TCF, Data Protection & Anti Money Laundering regulation.

Technical requirements:
Regulatory Knowledge as applicable to role.
Understanding of lease and asset finance.
Knowledge of Consumer Credit Act and other regulatory requirements.
AML /KYC requirements.

This is a rapidly moving, hectic & multi-tasking environment, where you need to be able to handle high volume calls corresponding with customers in a fast paced and efficient manner. You will need to be solutions driven and have a competitive instinct, resilience in the face of pressure with a “whistle while you work” mentality.
As part of our collaborative & agile culture, our working week is 4 days in the office and one day remote.
