The role:
We are looking to recruit an organised individual with a growth mindset to join our Guernsey based team of experienced Client Services staff who are key in supporting the business to achieve its continued delivery of excellent client service to our Financial Intermediary clients with their day-to-day banking requirements. The successful candidate will be inquisitive, innovative, and keen to learn new skills to expand their existing knowledge base in order to deliver an exceptional client experience in both general Banking and execution only Custody services. They will also have the ability to challenge processes and procedures then suggest and help implement improvements, whilst maintaining controls. |
How to be successful in this role: As an enthusiastic client service professional in the financial services industry, you will have excellent organisational skills with a can-do attitude and proactive approach to supporting the bank's existing clients and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. You'll have a clear focus on providing a client centric and value add service to the bank's clients with a willingness to support the bank's business development team in the acquisition of new business and promoting the bank's services. You'll be a process-oriented individual who works to safeguard the bank, it's reputation, assets and interests of our stakeholders by identifying and managing potential threats or risks to our ongoing operation. You'll be bringing a good understanding of payment, foreign exchange, securities and fixed deposit processes, together with the surrounding regulatory environment and compliance landscape. You'll be highly reliable and able to perform under pressure – and it's essential you have the ability to learn fast and pick up new processes quickly. |
