Responsibilities :

Role is to support the Direct Lending team in origination and ongoing management of the portfolio with a focus on supporting the team with internal monitoring and reporting requirements for the portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

• Portfolio management – Monitor financial performance and covenant compliance, prepare annual reviews, examine amendments and waiver  requests, provide performance updates, identify and act on warning signals and actively participate in portfolio reviews and assist on those credits that have deteriorated and/ or are challenged.
• Data capture and analysis – Review and analyse monthly management information (vs budget, prior year and base case) within set timescales. Strong attention to detail required when undertaking data collection, validation and analysis.  Update Direct Lending portfolio monitoring templates and track receipt of compliance certificates.  Identify and provide insight to the Portfolio Manager.
• Credit analysis – Strong credit skills required for the completion of annual renewals and new lending opportunities. Highly numerate with strong execution skills and a proven ability to operate in a private equity centric business. Requirement to meet timelines and to possess an understanding of the private equity deal lifecycle.
• Internal effectiveness – Requirement to build and develop positive relationships with key internal stakeholders (e.g. credit, the origination team, onboarding) with the aim of meeting internal KPIs and providing a high level of customer service.
• Proactiveness – A self-starter with a drive for results and a motivation and ambition to deliver a consistent high-quality output. It is important that any individual evidences an on-going drive for personal development and continuous improvement and use these skills to help the Private Credit Management team to formulate new as well as improve existing products, processes and procedures.

As part of our collaborative & agile culture, our working week is 4 days in the office and one day remote.
