About the team: The team takes a combination of inbound telephone calls and emails from brokers and customers across a range of products and business lines. There is on-the-job training to gain relevant knowledge to handle incoming inquiries. There is a wide spectrum of experience within the team with various backgrounds and work experience and the team relishes the chance to support a new member in their own professional development.
