Team Description
The Marketing department is in the process of evolving and developing in order to drive business growth and revenue over the coming years. The aim is to create a best in class marketing function which enables Investec to be a clear market leader in financial services and build and drive a marketing strategy which separates us from our key competitors

Key focus responsibilities:
Work with Group to build out lead generation for IWI using SEO, PPC, social media and email channels
Develop and deliver digital content and digital marketing channels which drive our go-to market reach and messaging strategy
Deliver BIC content which resonates across key segments
Collaborate with the wider digital marketing community to drive IWI digital plans and ensure broad consistency
Effective management of the IWI digital projects – including Budget, Analysis and reporting

Digital Campaign Management
Own SF.com trial for IWI
Ensure fully integrated approach to all campaigns
Deliver, maintain and support our e-communication strategies
Design management of digital assets which support local and regional campaigns
Management and development of digital templates
Manage and deliver SEO/PPC campaigns
Strong campaign project management skills linked closely to business objectives
Manage supplier relationships for on-line and digital channels
Build web content that generates leads and deliver high quality leads to the business

Digital Content Management
Develop and manage digital content for both acquisition and retention
Re-purpose content for all digital channels
Manage .com to drive leads
Build out the IWI story and create a site that has a compelling narrative and answers the prospect ‘needs'

Digital Solution Management
Work with strategic marketing team to ensure we support the IWI business by providing innovative delivery and tracking on core digital solutions
Digital solutions will support events, sponsorships and business development targeted campaigns
Management of e-communications strategy across key stakeholders

Analytics and Reporting
Responsible for digital analytics and reporting – Help drive core strategic decisions and shape our marketing approach
Use of web tools to track channel performance, spend allocation and lead generation intelligence
Identify and summarise industry insight – reviewing competitive data and market trends

Core skills and knowledge
• Do you have Extensive experience of scoping, requirement gathering and delivering the complete digital solutions for B2B and B2C segments?
• Can you demonstrate copywriting skills for digital and social media?
• Do you have Strong project management skills – from website and mobile build through optimisation and measurement with CMS, to testing and reporting tools
• Good experience of digital reporting
• Have you executed an e-communications strategy through a matrix environment?
• Have you developed and delivered social media channels, supporting a wider communications strategy?
