About the Role: 

The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing robust solutions using Oracle Fusion applications. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion functionalities, integration capabilities, and architecture patterns to ensure that business requirements are effectively met.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design: 

• Develop comprehensive solution architectures for Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. 
• Create high-level and detailed design documents to communicate architectural decisions and design patterns.

Implementation Oversight:

• Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion solutions, collaborating with development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices. 
• Provide guidance and support during the deployment of Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring a smooth transition to production environments. 

Integration Management:

• Design and implement integration strategies between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems using appropriate middleware and integration tools.
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems.  

Performance Optimization: 

• Monitor and analyse the performance of Oracle Fusion applications, identifying areas for improvement and optimising system performance.
• Implement best practices for performance tuning and scalability. 

Documentation and Compliance:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural designs, integration processes, and system configurations. 
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. 

Core Skills and Knowledge: 

• 6-8 years in systems integration design and implementation. 
• 3-5 years if experience in Solution Architecture. 
• Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP systems.
• Proven expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud. 
• Experience with cloud solutions. 
• Background in stakeholder management and leading ERP or key application implementations across multi-jurisdiction organizations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into technical solutions. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Proficiency in Oracle technologies, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Integration Cloud. 
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion applications. 
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules (e.g., Financials, HCM, SCM) and their integration capabilities.
