Manage our equity capital markets business (ECM), including origination, syndication, structuring, and execution of public company equity offerings. Develop and implement an ECM strategy that maximises revenues and aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Head of Equity Capital Markets or similar role
• Strong knowledge of equity capital markets, including origination, syndication, structuring, and execution of equity offerings
• Detailed, up to date and practical working knowledge of all applicable rules and regulations such as Listing Rules, AIM Rules for Companies, FRC/Pre-Emption Group Guidelines and any other relevant rules and regulations
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g. CFA) are a plus
