Identity & Access Management Analyst (4464)

We are looking for an IAM Analyst to join our IAM Team. As an Analyst you will ensure the application of agreed controls, standards and processes as part of a consistent and repeatable delivery model. The role is key in ensuring that logical access is provisioned appropriately and the prevention of unauthorised access/use. 


Some duties: 

  • Perform lifecycle activities for Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML), file and user permissions and ensure consistency in approach for delivery
  • Prioritise Service Requests and enquiries, providing accurate and timely completion of requests and responses to enquiries.
  • Remediation of incidents and escalation to other teams where necessary.
  • Ensure that all tasks and duties are completed within the policies and standards.
  • Maintain required audit trail to ensure appropriate records are maintained in support of internal and external audits
  • Monitor service levels and report to IAM Team Lead
  • Assist with information collection, preparation and reviews to support audit, certification and remediation of access
  • Production of IAM documentation ensuring it is appropriate for intended audiences.
  • Continual evaluation of IAM service, standards, processes and documentation to identify gaps and improvements to ensure continued development of the function.

  • Broad knowledge of Information Security
  • Significant experience of working in an IAM operational function, ideally in a regulated environment such as the finance sector
  • Extensive knowledge of IAM solutions, standards and processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of IAM lifecycle, including but not limited to, request & approval, provisioning, certification, toxic combinations, privileged access management.
  • Understand concepts of role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege, and permissions management.
  • Knowledge of systems typically used in a IAM environment, such as Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, ITIL systems and tools.
  • Good understanding of risk responsibilities within IAM
  • Ability to work with others effectively, promoting knowledge sharing within and across teams.
