Team description
The integration team is responsible for the development, config, administration and support of a multitude of Integration technologies including IBM MQ/FTE, IBM Webmethods and Azure Integration technologies.
Description of role and key responsibilities
• The candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying services and orchestration flows within the SoftwareAG BPM and ESB.
• All development needs to include Unit testing
• As part of the strategic move to Azure technologies, the candidate will need to transition with Investec from SoftwareAG into Azure in the coming years.
• Candidate will be responsible for 3rd line support in line with the 3rd line roster drawn up.
Core skills and knowledge
• Strong Knowledge in SAG ESB and BPM.
• Good understanding of integration concepts, technologies and methodologies – processes, functions or related field.
• Good understanding of Encryption and its applications (SSL, SSH, FTPS, SFTP and PGP, etc.).
• Unit testing.
• CI/CD.
• Microsoft Azure knowledge on native azure services – Service bus, functions, logic apps (Advantageous).
• Knowledge on C# (Advantageous).
Any other attributes that would be helpful, but not essential for the role.
