2 x Investment Administrators (12 month fixed term contract and one permanent)

About the team:

Join the Investment Administration team covering duties for the Sheffield office as a whole and providing support to many different teams and investment managers.

What you'll do:

To cover all aspects of administration in relation to Investment management to include, payments, amendment of static data, new account set up, database amendments, account closures, receipts and processing of cheques and certificates.

Processing of incoming and outgoing post, emails, telephone queries (to include overflow of reception calls) and specialist projects.

About you:

  • A good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams etc is a given for this role.
  • A knowledge of Access would also be useful.
  • Personable and confident in liaising with both internal and external office teams and has a good telephone manner.
  • Ability to work within a team and to work to internal deadlines.
  • Be able to self manage and complete tasks from start to finish, following up on outstanding work or tasks within an appropriate timeframe.
  • Flexible attitude to working.
  • Driving licence, experience of working in this type of office environment would be helpful. Touch typing would also be useful however not a necessity.
