Role: Investment Administrator (2x Vacancies)

Location: Belfast

Team Description

This is an administration and support role, the purpose of which is to facilitate the effective running of the team through the provision of high quality administrative support. The company will support relevant industry examinations to aid further learning and development.

What you'll do!

  • Open new accounts for clients including set-up of online access
  • Manage stock and cash transfers in and out
  • Account Maintenance 
  • Liaise with Settlements department in respect of all admin queries and amendments to client information.
  • Make payments
  • Prepare Portfolio Suitability Reports and assist with client sign-up process.
  • Liaise with Intermediaries adhering to their requests.
  • Produce templates for quarterly investment reports and letters

About you!

  • Exceptional focus on attention to detail
  • Good numerical skills
  • Highly IT literate with an ability to learn new systems.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive individual who is naturally efficient, organised, can manage time well and competent at working to deadlines.
  • Experience in investment management / financial planning environment advantageous but not essential.
