We combine a flat structure with a focus on internal mobility. If you can bring an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to learn and collaborate to your work, this could be the boost your career deserves.

Power and Infrastructure Finance

The Power and Infrastructure team within Investec's Investment Banking Division is an integrated lending and advisory team that supports a range of public and private clients in answering their critical strategic and financial questions.

The team works with a diverse set of clients across all sub-sectors in the Power and Infrastructure market (renewable and conventional generation, waste and bio-energy, digital infrastructure and emerging technologies), providing a full suite of advisory and lending services, including strategic advisory, mergers and acquisitions, private capital raising, re-structuring, project finance, acquisition finance, corporate lending and debt advisory.

We passionately believe in a diverse team of people from all walks of life, as diverse as the people and clients we speak to. We are looking for people who can question and challenge our own assumptions, and can bring their own ideas to the table in a team that shares a common goal and purpose.

We differentiate ourselves by the creative and innovative way we approach transaction structuring, the speed at which we execute and the depth of our relationships. We engage with our clients by carefully listening to their needs and designing the most fitting solutions. Our people are extremely important as they are the ones who deliver on our clients' needs whilst remaining refreshingly human, personable and fun.

Research shows that some candidates can be reluctant to apply to a role unless they meet all the criteria. We pride ourselves on our entrepreneurial spirit here and welcome you to do the same – if the role excites you, please don't let our person specification hold you back. Get in touch!
