An established UK team of 6 working across two business areas, the UK Bank and Wealth & Investment, with a client group of 3000 employees. Both business areas are experiencing significant organisational growth and change. The role is to coach, support and consult to business leaders and teams re: leadership development, culture, creating high performing teams and belonging, inclusion & diversity, plus more.
The team works closely with the People & Organisation leadership team and collaborates with both the global and UK specialist teams, across the wider function in delivering multi-disciplinary consulting services to the businesses.
The role requires someone who is comfortable working independently, partnering with P&O colleagues and also to work in the close knit Organisation Development & Change team, in which members collaborate, support and learn from each other.
Work is allocated amongst team members in team meetings based on the requirements of the client, the skills and experience of consultants and their capacity. The team meets weekly to review priorities, dialogue key topics and share knowledge and experience of what's happening in the business areas.
In addition, there is a bi-monthly supervision session with an external supervisor to reflect on how we're operating and explore this further, with a view to enhancing our collective team performance.
