Role: PA to the Head of Compliance and Risk

Location: Agnostic

  • Board Level administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Compliance & Risk.
  • Proactive and efficient diary management, including organising of internal and external meetings for Head of Compliance and Risk and Deputy Chief Risk Officer
  • Email management of executive's inbox, including review of all emails, highlighting important emails, filing and deleting.
  • Proactive assistance of the managing the FCA correspondence in readiness for external audit inspection
  • Liaise with IW&I Board members to provide ad hoc support.
  • Extensive liaison with stakeholders across group companies.
  • Organise travel arrangements (UK and International).
  • Investigate where relevant ad hoc queries on behalf of the Head of Compliance & Risk.
  • Provide necessary papers for all meetings attended by the Head of Compliance & Risk (including preparing meeting pack where appropriate).
  • Field and deal with calls for the Head of Compliance & Risk.
  • Prepare & issue reports and meeting packs:
    • Compliance & Risk Leadership meeting agenda
    • Board Risk Report – ensuring that actions are incorporated in the report
    • Regulatory Compliance Report to the PLC board
    • HRCC Committee papers
    • RMC meeting packs and FCA Correspondence are upload to an External Audit portal when required
    • RMC notes for the Executive Committee
  • Collate and file appropriate documentation for SMCR evidence for the Head of Compliance & Risk.
  • Review all minutes of meetings attended by the Head of Compliance & Risk and flag actions.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation is produced and provided on the Employee Pension Transfer request (SMCR sign off).
  • Log all ID request that the Head of Compliance & Risk has sent to 3rd Party Companies.

 

Schedule meetings:

  • HRCC, RMC, Conduct Risk Committee, Trustee Board meetings
  • 1:1s with direct reports
  • Compliance & Risk Leadership meeting
  • Liaise across group companies on the BRCC.
  • Collate and file appropriate documentation for SMCR evidence for the Head of Compliance & Risk.
  • Review all minutes of meetings attended by the Head of Compliance & Risk and flag actions.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation is produced and provided on the Employee Pension Transfer request (SMCR sign off).
  • Provide information on “Dual Place of Employment” to IW&I Tax Manager
  • Log all ID request that the Head of Compliance & Risk has sent to 3rd Party Companies.
  • General Adhoc duties required by the Head of Compliance & Risk.
