Leading international bank in the US project finance market is seeking to hire a well experienced portfolio manager for its current book of approximately $750 million across 30 loans.  The book fluctuates between $500 million to $800 million and further growth is expected to come over the next five years. Individual will report to the Global Co-Heads of the Power & Infrastructure Finance practice.                                                                    

Ideal candidate will have at an indepth amount of experience in project finance banking that is connected with either portfolio management or origination work.  Experience in administrative agency work is preferred. Independent power, renewable energy and midstream sector related deal experience is required.  Non-energy infrastructure exposures are expected to grow in the coming years.

The portfolio manager will have the support of junior bankers in order to ensure that all of the client and internal requirements are met during the course of the year.  Work with clients will be based around the processing of draw requests, waivers, consents and amendments.  Internal requirements will be oriented around satisfying internal credit committee, compliance and audit committee requirements, including annual reviews and other reporting.
