Roles and Responsibilities -

• The Power Platform Solution Architect will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions using Power Automate Desktop.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Designing end-to-end architecture for automation and low-code applications.
• Providing technical leadership to developers and citizen makers.
• Ensuring compliance with security, governance, and performance standards.
• Conducting workshops and training to promote platform adoption · Staying current with Microsoft Power Platform updates and best practices.
• Supporting migration from legacy RPA tools (e.g., Blue Prism) where applicable.

Core skills and knowledge -

1. Seeking candidates with 8 to 12 yrs of experience in Power Automate Desktop and Power Apps.Strong understanding of RPA principles and solution architecture.
2. Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems.
3. Familiarity with scripting (JavaScript, .NET, SQL) for advanced scenarios.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill.

Good to have -

• Experience in BFSI sector or consulting firms serving BFSI clients.
• Certifications in Azure or D365.
• Exposure to AI Builder and Copilot Studio.
• Experience leading Centers of Excellence or automation governance initiatives.
