About the role 

The Presentation Analyst will work closely with various teams to design and create impactful presentations that convey our messages clearly and effectively. The role combines design precision with financial understanding to deliver clear, visually engaging materials under tight deadlines.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Create, format, and enhance PowerPoint pitch books and other presentation materials for client meetings and internal briefings using software like PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides.
• Collaborate with teams to interpret content and ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of messaging.
• Maintain strict adherence to guidelines and compliance standards across all presentation materials.
• Manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks in high-volume.
• Perform quality checks on presentation outputs to ensure error-free deliverables.
• Transform complex data and information into clear, visually appealing graphics.
• Revise and update existing presentations for improved clarity and impact.
• Assist in developing templates and style guides for company-wide use.
• Stay updated on the latest presentation trends, tools, and technologies.

Core skills and knowledge    

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Communications, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience as a Presentation Specialist, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing presentation design work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
