Team Description

The Private Client Group provides on-shore and off-shore Banking services to HNW private clients in the U.K. We do 4 things every day for our clients. We help them:
· Move their money - TX banking / FX
· Save their money - Cash Deposits, notice accounts and FTD's
· Borrow money - Mortgages and Portfolio loans
· Advise them about their money – IWI (looping in specialist advice services as and when required)

Description of role and key responsibilities

The role involves assisting the Private Client distribution team, acting as a conduit between front line distribution (Bankers & Business Developers) and the support functions including other Group Lending Ops teams, Banking Operations, Onboarding, Marketing, Compliance and other key business stakeholders.
Key tasks include:
• Responding to client enquiries such as updates on applications, requests for statements & requests to service their accounts.
• Maintaining client and product data
• Managing potential leads from Business Developers into the Banking teams
• Supporting Bankers with the operational aspects of certain processes such as submission of deals to credit on lending transactions.

Core skills and knowledge

• Do you have customer service experience in a banking environment?
• Do you have the ability to prioritise and manage workflow across multiple tasks is essential? 
• Are able to demonstrate ability to problem solve, including the ability to proactively resolve client queries and complaints? 
• Conscientiousness and attention to detail is essential
• Ability to engage and build relationships with key stakeholders

Any other attributes that would be helpful, but not essential for the role.
