Description of role and key responsibilities:
This Third Party Manager role promises to be challenging, varied and strategic, and involved in all categories of spend across the different division of the Group.
This role will be responsible for all aspects of third party arrangements ensuring the Groups' regulatory experience, combined with a strong and well managed portfolio of preferred outsourced relationships and suppliers.
A confident generalist with excellent relationship building and negotiation skills that thrives in a fast environment is the type of person that will succeed. Someone that has passion and pride in what they do.
Core skills and knowledge:
To act with integrity at all times and embrace the philosophy of treating our customers fairly (compulsory)
Regulatory Knowledge as applicable to role (compulsory)
Ability to have deliver procurement strategic thought / vision
Procuring across multiple categories including IT, Digital, Operations, Services, Facilities and HR
Working with the different teams to shape requirements and engage best of breed suppliers
Running agile but disciplined commercial processes
Recognising that a one size fits all approach isn't always the best way to get results
Leading commercial assessment and contracting of deals
Influencing across the Bank up to and including the leadership team
