Key Responsibilities: 

Supporting and contributing to the:

Planning and preparation of change initiatives, and agreeing strategic roadmaps;

Facilitation of engagement with our partners in business change to document user stories, requirements, estimations, prioritisation and sequencing, including ensuring clarity of stakeholder understanding and expectations;

Sharing of knowledge and experience across the Operational Business Areas, including, structure, systems, infrastructure, processes, products & services across all stakeholders, encouraging collaboration, engagement and transparency;

Development and implementation of the Operations strategic roadmap and backlog, in line with wider strategic objectives, including their on-going maintenance, along with Operations stakeholders;

Identification of opportunities and analysis of change drivers including, business need, efficiency, risks & issues, strategic & system change, regulatory & industry change;

Enablement of technological design;

Delivery of demonstrations to stakeholders to aid understanding and facilitate engagement and challenge;

Championing the approach to clarify, simplify and automate;

Driving of scalability, cost optimisation and risk reduction

Core skills and knowledge:

  • Do you have a strategic “can do” approach? 
  • Do you have strong organisation and time management skills? 
  • Do you posses strong communication and mediation skills?
  • meeting/workshop preparation and facilitation experience
  • Do you have an understanding of backlog management, process mapping & requirements documentation? 
  • Are you a optimistic & competent user of Microsoft Office Package & Project Management Tools? 
  • Do you have good understanding of IWI Operations functions and processes?
  • Broad understanding of Wealth Management and Financial Advice including appropriate investments and products
