Are you a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner with a passion for driving innovation in HR Technology? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and take on the role of Product Owner for our HR Technology product. As the Product Owner, you will play a critical role in translating product roadmap features into well-defined requirements, managing the backlog, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our business.

What you will be doing:

  • Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
  • Actively participate in solution design thinking to ensure the development of innovative and effective HR Technology solutions.
  • Manage the prioritization of the backlog, both in terms of features and technical requirements.
  • Analyze business requirements to create clear product backlog items and work with the team to clarify requirements and estimate work effort.
  • Maximize the value of the product by managing the product backlog items to completion and continuously reviewing business needs, refining priorities, and identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with the product manager and partners across the business to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide input to training requirements and collateral to ensure successful adoption of HR Technology solutions.
  • Leverage your leadership skills and domain expertise to guide the team and make daily decisions as the product owner.
  • Identify ways to improve processes, increase efficiency, and lower costs while meeting business delivery requirements.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working in an agile environment.
  • Familiarity with issue tracking tools such as ADO.
  • Experience working in the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and competent in MS Office.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders and effectively communicate the commercial value of technology solutions.
  • Effective influencing and negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to varied stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure, and manage multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.
  • Entrepreneurial, innovative, persistent, and determined mindset.
  • Creative, problem-solver, collaborative, and curious nature, with critical and complex thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage workload to meet critical deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships.
