Due to an increased demand in vacancies, the Recruitment team have a need for an additional recruitment coordinator to support the team. This role is for a 6 month fixed term contract. We're open to the role being full or part time.
The Recruitment Coordinator is the engine to the recruitment machine, it is a critical role in making sure the recruitment experience is smooth and efficient for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers and is critical in delivering a high touch service.
In this role you will help us find out of the ordinary talent by partnering with a recruiter to source, screen and validate candidate applications and support the end to end interview process managing candidates through the Discover ATS. You will be responsible for interview coordination, providing a positive experience for candidates, hiring managers and third party suppliers. You will represent Investec and the Careers Team regarding vacancies and supporting candidates with any questions.
