What does this role involve?
This role requires a consultant to give expert advice on reward, using external and internal information, including some knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements as well as external benchmarking. The role further requires the consultant to manage, co-ordinate, facilitate and participate in the UK Specialist Bank annual reward review cycle. Key relationships in the role include: Global Head of P&O; UK Head of P&O; Reward team; Staff Share Schemes; Benefits and Payroll; P&O Leads; P&O Consultants; Careers and Finance.
