Description of the role:
This is an exciting new role which will deliver strategic and tactical improvements across Private Client communications and client experience. Direct client segments include private banking,wealth and investment, and intermediaries – via external advisers and charities. The role holder will;
Work closely with the Senior Document and Seismic Manager to ensue all collateral (inc pitch decks for different audiences) are fit for purpose inc content and look and feel – reviewing at least annually against corporate messaging and service improvements, using analytics from Seismic to drive improvements.
Work closely with the Senior Digital Communications Marketing Manager, working in conjunction to improve client experience across our online assets including website and app, as well as new assets in the future.
Represent marketing at key forums and committees, to ensure new initiatives are thought through, budgeted for and part of a calendar of improvements with ROI objectives at outset. New initiatives executed with high quality client outcomes.
Lead on projects for wealth and investment, and private bank clients on delivery and execution, e.g. client lifecycle – from lead stage, to nurture, to welcome through ongoing value added marketing iniatives (across print and digital)
Support HoPCSC with private client insights and research through client council.
Work closely with Campaigns and Planning Manager to create a ‘joined up' campaigns and marketing communications calendar which is tracked for ROI.
Work closely with Brand team and lead of CI and creative, to ensure group led initiatives are appropriate for private client channels. Using agencies where required.
Work closely with Senior Content and Communications Manager to ensure any overarching PC marketing communications plan includes existing client communications and consider content which could be leveraged for wider use and different mediums.
Manage private client awards strategy and subsequent award submissions.
