Role: Investment Administrator

About the team!

The Investec Exeter Office is a small office of 15 people.  The Administration Team is currently a team of 4 and support 9 Investment Managers.

What will you be doing?

  • General assistance to Senior Investment Assistants and Investment Managers, answering phones and liaising messages to the team.
  • Assist with and develop familiarity with all aspects of client administration including mail merges and marketing.
  • Assist with the production of information for client meetings including meeting preparation.
  • Develop relationships with the team's client base and their IFAs/intermediaries.
  • Distribute and respond, as appropriate, to internal correspondence and e-mails.
  • Liaise with Investment Managers, other Administration and Settlements areas as necessary.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • IT literate -  working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Good numerical skills
